Shipping & Returns

-Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
-Not all products available in stores are available online. We suggest that you enter the name of the product into the search box located in the upper right-hand corner of the page to find out if it is available online. If you are looking for a product that you do not see on our website, please e-mail or call us to check availability.
-Prices on our Website may differ from prices in our retail locations. To receive the website price, you must order and pay for your order online. We will not honor website prices in our stores. You can, however, order online and pick-up in our store.
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it. We will exchange the item or give you a store credit for the purchased price of the within 15 days. Please allow 20 calendar days from the day you return your package for your exchange or credit to be completed. Please allow 30 days for international orders.
-Exchanges are subject to availability. In the event that the item you requested for an exchange is no longer available, a store credit will be issued.
-All items must be in new, saleable condition.
-All clothing will only be considered for exchange with all original tags intact.
-AUTOGRAPHED ITEMS ARE A FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Ticket sales are non-refundable and non-transferable
-Personalized or customized products are final sale.
-Shipping and handling fees are determined by the size and weight of the product.
-All USA orders are shipped via either USPS 1st Class, USPS Priority, or UPS Ground Service.
-Orders are generally shipped the next business day, subject to payment verification. Orders processed on the weekend will ship on the next business day (Monday). During peak shipping times, delays may occur, especially in November/December, and sometimes after a big autograph signing at our stores.
-If you are in need of Express or Next-Day Delivery please contact us to determine applicable shipping and handling fees.
-International orders are shipped via USPS 1st Class International. International orders ship within 3 business days from date of payment. If you need quicker shipment or a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship via UPS for an additional charge.
2020 Update: Due to delays within the postal system orders may take much longer than normal to arrive. Some packages to the US may take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive, even if normal shipping time is 1-2 days. It is not uncommon for shipments to Canada to take up to 2-3 months. Please be patient as all packages eventually arrive. There is nothing we can do once the package leaves our store. Tracking may show packages not moving for up to 20 days.
